WRESTLING ROOM RULES
- No abusive or foul language. No fighting, No weapons, No threats or intimidation. (this applies to any wrestler, parent, guardian, friend or family relation).
- No gum, candy, food, or drinks in the wrestling room.
- No jewelry or watches may be worn by wrestlers while practicing or wrestling.
- Any cuts or sores must be covered. If you have a contagious rash or sore you cannot practice. Parents, please be sure your child showers immediately after each practice and brings clean practice clothes to each practice.
- Parents, do not let children that are not practicing roam around the grounds, do not leave them unattended.
- Only the Wrestlers, Coaches, and board members are allowed to remain in the wrestling room during practice.
- If a wrestler is disruptive at practice, camp or clinic, the wrestler may be suspended from the event until it is deemed the wrestler has the ability to participate in an appropriate manner.
- This club reserves the right to expel or otherwise bar (either permanently or temporarily) any offending individual and wrestler/parent etc. affiliated with the offending individual, from participating with the club and any of its activities if any of the above rules are violated.
COACHING
A. Any adult who assists with coaching at EPRTC or as a representative of EP Rattlers LLC will have a USA Wrestling Leadership Card.
– These individuals will need to be approved by the EP Rattlers LLC Head Coach and Vice President.
CODE OF CONDUCT
A. Participants, coaches, parents, and representatives of EP Rattlers LLC shall, at all times while representing or acting as a representative of the EP Rattlers LLC, conduct themselves in a manner which exemplifies good sportsmanship and professionalism.
B. Violations of the code of good sportsmanship shall be dealt with accordingly by the EP Rattlers LLC staff.
C. Anyone asked to leave for violation of the code of good sportsmanship may not be reconsidered for membership. EP Rattlers LLC reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
A. All mat side coaches will need to take mandatory training for Basic Life Support and First Aid Training. This will also be provided as optional for all other members.
B. All significant injuries, deemed by the coaching staff, will need medical clearance before allowing to practice.
