SmallFry training helps get newer and experienced kids more time with basic movements related to wrestling. There is an emphasis on movement skills & listening skills while incorporating some wrestling. Recommended ages are 4 to 9; 10 is possible in some instances.
Rattlers Wrestling is a year-round wrestling facility in the Eastern Panhandle, WV region with purpose of introducing or instructing all ages and levels for wrestling, Our experienced coaches provide instruction to wrestlers, from the beginners to the advanced. EPRTC is year round for all levels, with kids from WV, MD, VA & PA.
