Beginner/Novice Camp – June 2026

Perfect for new and developing wrestlers, this camp focuses on building a strong foundation in a fun and supportive environment. Each day runs from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, helping athletes learn the basics while staying engaged and active.

✔ Designed for beginners and newer wrestlers
✔ Focus on fundamentals, movement, and confidence
✔ Fun drills, games, and introduction to live situations

Ages: 6-16 (5* please reach out)

Live Wrestling: USA Wrestling Membership is required for any live wrestling.
