LIFT ON YOUR OWN

Lift programs are designed for 13+ with or without experience. If there is no experience lifting, the first few weeks will be instruction with form.

If under 13, non-traditional lift methods will be used (i.e. kettlebells, bands, med balls, etc) unless they have experience or have completed a lift season already with Rattlers
